    Alot of people are stupid and have never had customer facing jobs. It shows by their expectations of immediate resolution while ignoring real world expectations/results.

    That's the difference between people who expect to be spoonfed and coddled vs people with common sense and reasonable expectations.

    Makes no sense to me. Things break and times of outage occur between repair. Nothing gets fixed instantly t

    I am just happy to be able to get fuel without being in line for a hour .

    Just never leave the USA even the worst of our bathrooms are much better then the rest of the world once you get away from the big $$$$ tourist area .
