Wow, 120 bucks back isn't too shabby! I got a good deal from 4wheelparts last time but I'll likely give discount tire a shot when I'm due for some new rubber.

I've been shopping brick and mortar Discount Tire outlets for over 30 years. Ironically, today I had my wife's Avalon at our local discount because she destroyed a tire yesterday. For $22.00 my local Discount replaced the tire and checked the other three and spare for damage and air pressure. I currently have four vehicles sporting Discount tires and will shop nowhere else for tires.

Yea they have good prices but they jacked up one of my wheels during an new tire install. The guys in the bay work as fast as they can to turn out as many tires as possible and hit my wheel with their impact wrench at full speed. The dude actually tried to deny it, but I saw him make the mistake. Then dealing with getting the wheel replaced was a joke the manager gave me every excuse under the book of why they should not have to replace my wheel. A month later I got my new wheel. Also they leave the wheels a mess with that goop that they put on the bead to slip the tire on the wheel. Gosh, wipe it w a rag!!!

Discount tire, if I bring you clean wheels to get $800 worth of tires installed I expect to get clean undamaged wheels in return. Granted this was almost 5 years ago, I'll never return. Although I do price shop them to get a better price some place else.

I got tires from them when I had my Wrangler Unlimited. Getting a set of 5 37x13.50 R18s delivered free was pretty awesome! I'll use them every time I can.

    We appreciate your support guys!

I'm sorry to see you had a couple bad experiences with us. I too like to leave the shop with clean wheels and tires. We should have cleaned your assemblies prior to returning over the vehicle. I apologize this did not happen on your last visit. If we can do anything to earn your business back please let us know.

    Whoa...DT in da house :D
I used to deliver tires as a summer job for a local courier. The guys at EVERY discount tire were always the best to deal with - and I'm talking about distribution warehouses, wholesalers, etc, and DT has always been by far the most pleasant to do business with. Not to mention that when I was pricing out new tires for my Taco, the price from DT was only $15 more per tire (that's BFGs) than wholesale. That extra $15 is the typical price to mount and balance, and buying from them also gives you a warranty. ALL of my tire-buying will be through them.

I've been a customer of DT for years and they have always been great to work with. They have gone above and beyond on lots of occasions for me. It cost about $1400 to replace my tires and I will only go to a place I know will have the best price and not F' up my stuff.
