I feel like that's the highest priced warranty I have ever seen come out of Midwest toyota. I want to say they used to be 6/75k for around $700.

Another question they can be bought any time during the course of the 3/36k b2b right? Just bought a 40k truck spending another 1k isn't very exciting right now.

I was offered the 8 Year 125K for only a few hundred more, that is not as good as his deals were in the past.

My dealership tried to sell me a lifetime extended warranty for $5,000 and I seriously almost fell out of my chair! Then my wife say's "do this for yourself, you deserve it". LOL #nothelpful

Maybe what the salesman was really trying to say was "make a few extra payments on my vacation home"!

As long as no one posts pricing I don't see there being an issue. The gentleman I dealt with was more than happy for me to share his information as long as I never posted pricing.

The stuff they tried to sell me was third party policies, not Toyota. But it was a Toyota dealership. I assume Toyota knows they are doing this, but then again I don't know.

I like the idea of an extended warranty from Toyota corp though.

I plan on getting something before my Toyota Care expires. I never thought to ask for Toyota extended at the dealership. I just assumed they had only what they were pushing.

third party ones isn't an issue. its the Toyota Financial VSA details that corporate has an issue with. when a dealership sells outside the state corporate clamps down on the dealer. quite a few dealers I have dealt with in the past that could sell outside of there respective state were told to stop.

just a heads up if you want to dry up that well for everyone.
