I may be back in the market for a '16. I called the parts department this morning to see when my super charger would be in. The parts manager told me they have them in Ontario CA, but they are on allocation and said he may not be able to get it. I told him I was bringing the truck back if they couldn't. It's the only reason I went with a '15.

Was just at the dealership talking to the leather folks. They're out of 2015 Tacoma. Got a bunch of Tundras and 4 Runners, but the Tacos are gone.

They are also completely out of super chargers. Despite promising they could get one and me paying for it up front. The last guy I talked to was going to see if they would get me a URD as a replacement.

    I'm not holding my breath.

I wish, CA would still tax me for the purchase. Id only trade in my current taco if I got a killer deal.

I got $2200 off list on my Taco....last fall. They should be good everywhere. I would consider a discount 2015 over a new 2016 if the truck was something you did not use frequently, got it with a four cylinder or just used it around town. IMHO, The main advantage of the 2o16 seems to be better on road performance where people do 95% or thier driving.

It's probably the sticker shock of the new vs the in house 2015 the you can see and try out...one in the hand makes them look attractive to some one who isn't actually looking at and trying out a new 2016. A new 2015 always performs and looks better then a 2016 on the printed page.
