    About 16 1" stringers yeah.

Two cases of beers worth is about all.

It's not much weld but yes.

Those others won't solve the overarching problem of the cam tabs flattening from impact and after you get the TC gussets burned on you won't need them either.

I just noticed one of my cam tabs are flattened.
BUT! Due to it being one of the outer tabs; I suspect that the alignment shop mis-aligned the cam and smashed down the outer tab during torqueing of the cams.
I can't see how an off-road impact could do that to the outer tab and become re-torqued so it doesn't move.

I'm ordering the bison cams after I straighten out the tab

It's pretty simple, you're traveling green, impact forces are imparted red, rotation of the 3 points purple pulls against the outside tab blue and over time a million little impacts progressively flattens it.

The same can happen in reverse too.

Sorry I should have specified that it is the rear Cam on mine.

In fact it's typically worse as your wheels are often more aggressively angled at the point of impact.

The tabs are only 1/8" mild brake formed steel, your truck weighs 3k lbs+ smack a piece of 1/8" steel with a 3k lb hammer and see what happens.

But if it happened during wheeling I'd expect to see signs of movement.
I don't wheel hard in reverse.
It's always full speed ahead!!!! LMAO!!
I might cut some 1/4" flat bar steel later and weld it in place.

The way my front suspension is set up I never move the lower cams.
The LCA's are set in max forward position. Caster is set at 2.5*
I only adjust the Camber with the UCA sliding joint. (I let the shop check the Toe and SAI)
This is the main reason I'm considering a set of Bison Cams.

I might just make my own "Taco Tabs" using 1/8 plate steel.

    Sorry! To answer your question.

Alignment shops won't like either options! Neither are simple rotation of the cams to adjust.

Now if you already know where to set your alignment. Then these will work great!
I would get the Bison just because it's all-in-one. (Too easy for me to misplace the Taco Tabs)

Flattening of the cam tabs happens way more than people know. They are definitely a weak link of Tacomas. It just takes 1 good pot hole or just the right hit offroad and they are flattened. Once flattened they are even weaker than before.
