Not sure if you already booked everything, but we booked a package that included Hotel, Transportation to the parks, 5 day park hopper pass. We also lucked into a promotion that included free food. That alone saved us a ton of cash, and it was way more food than we could eat. so check to see what specials are currently available.

you need to plan every day. There is soooooooooo much stuff to do you can get lost and waste time trying to decide where to go off the cuff.

Pick an area for the day and work the times in that section. Once you leave don't go back to that section if you didn't have enough time. You will lose way to much on the other end. Put that on the priority list if you go again.

Start planning the itinerary with everyone and plan as a group.

Don't be afraid to split up and meet at a specific point if necessary.
I went to the Daytona 500 ( the one where Dale SR had the flat tire on the last turn and lost) and left and met my wife, son, and friends at the Brown Derby. The wait staff were waiting for me and escorted me right through to the table.
If you plan correctly you will see a ton of stuff and not be stressed out.
    Enjoy.........

Go to Wal-mart and buy some of those cheap rain panchos or you can buy them at the parks for $15 bucks each. It rains everyday in Orlando.

The majority of the rides have no age restriction so your nieces will be fine. For adults, the rocking' roller coaster is the best I've ever been on. The tower or terror is a must!! Spend at least one afternoon at a water park. Typhoon lagoon lets you swim with sharks ;) . My personal advice would be to not expect to spend the whole day at the park with little ones. Max 4 or 5 hours. It was amazing how many people we saw "lose it" with their little kids in the later afternoon when everyone was hot and tired. Fulton's Crab House in downtown disney had amazing seafood. Be prepared to spend $75/adult but it was worth it. The coffee and espresso from the small vendors in the parks is awesome!! Like someone said, expect to walk LOTS and wear shoes that are already broken in. Your feet will sweat and I recommend a change of socks half way through your day to prevent blisters. I learned the hard way!!

I was there with my wife and kids the end of March for 2 weeks. By the end I was ready to come home. However, now that I remember the trip, I wish I was going back now!!

    Have fun!!!

Depends on the time of year I'm guessing. We were there for 2 weeks and had zero rain!

You have a couple of months and the internet. Have them look online at Disney and come up with the things they would like to do. No it won't be as easy as being face to face over a cup of coffee but all the info is there at your fingertips. You going to have some problems if you don't.
    It can be done

Go to allears.net it has plenty of tips in a bunch of different categories. I suggest get to hollywood studios as the park opens one day and get a fast pass for the midway mania ride. lines are like 2 hours long and the fast passes are usually gone for the day before noon.

also, if you plan on eating at any of the sit down restaurants id start calling now and trying to get reservations. if youre planning on eating the quick service meals then you should be good to go. just fyi at the quick service places you get a shit ton of food. tons of fries and generous portions of burgers and such. not like a dollar menu cheeseburger.

weve been a couple of times. usually we get some pop tarts or whatever for breakfast then lunch and dinner in the parks. you can also wear a back pack and put snacks in it for the girls. we made up a bunch of peanut butter sandwiches and stuff and put them in there along with a few bottles of water.

there are lots of shows that you can take breaks and watch that your neices would love. beauty and the beast and the little mermaid at hollywood studios. also fantasmic is one of the coolest things there. but you have to wait in line for a while before it starts to get a seat. at animal kingdom you can watch a finding nemo and lion king shows. the lion king show is in camp minnie mickey where you can get lots of autographs of the characters.

like some other people have said, if you havent bought your tickets yet make sure you get the park hopper option if you can afford it. it is awesome. for whatever reason some parks have more people in them on different days and with the park hopper you can just hop on busses and go from one park to the other.

if you have any other questions just pm me. im a giant kid and my wife and i love going to disney. also one of my close friends goes all the time. i think between the 3 of us there have been close to 15 trips in the last 2 years. so i have a small working knowledge of the place haha.
