filled up my 2016 DCLB this morning. This is the second time it is reading 385miles "Distance to Empty." All the other fill up's read DTE as 415miles. Anybody else have this problem? I topped off just like all the rest of the fill up's so I know it's not user error.

the computer "learns" your driving habits/fuel consumption and adjusts the estimate as needed. my 4Runner fluctuates about 50 miles depending on the time of year (winter mileage sucks) and percentage of highway to city that i've put on in the last few tanks.

hitting the reset may help - say your last 200 miles before fill up was towing 2000lbs uphill in a head wind and after fill up you're going down hill with no load. BIG difference in mpgs. The computer will take an estimate off of what information was last available to it, basically "worst case scenario"

My T4R normally has an estimate as low as 355 up to 395 when first filled. In reality my actual is generally 450ish. I've seen it sit on zero for several miles so it doesn't rank high on my trust scale.

It might be that the truck is sensing the octane level or the "ethanol" level and computing it out for you, based on you driving habits..??

These trucks are "vewy smart", as Elmer Fudd would say..!
