DITCH LIGHTS

Show me your set ups! I’m looking to by a set, something low profile, like Diode Dynamics SSC2.

 

If you like low profile and don’t need a absolute shit ton of light check out the Rigid Ignite’s. Smallest [high quality] led pods out there.
I run them as ditch lights on the A pillars and went with the wide beam, great for lighting up the high embankments on the trails I ride.

 

That’s dude! Have a picture on how you have them mounted? Just looking for something to give more wide angle while driving the forest roads

Spot... but they make covers for them that can make them into anything you want.

 

I have the S2 sports too.
Picture doesn’t do it justice. There’s more light on the ground then the camera picks up.
Mine are the wide cornering.

I got the caliraised low pro brackets. Two bolts and some blue locktite. I pulled up the torque specs on tis. This was years ago, I don’t remember. Something like 28 ft lbs.

I use these too with Baja Designs Squadrons. With the hood open I get pretty close to hitting the edge of the light on the windshield. I imagine if you had high lift hood struts it would actually hit, just something to consider. Also, I point my lights pretty far out to the side as I have a lightbar and fogs for the front so it could be my angle as well.
