So just to be clear and I don’t mess this up, when I send the files to a shop to get bent and plasma cut I want to send them these two files? 2016 TRDOR

 

That looks right. Your shop will let you know if they don't have enough info to cut and bend. At least they should!

@Simpleton, Thanks for sharing those frame plate files! I've started my own rendition of some rock sliders I'll keep a design in mind for. Still need to go over the design and tweak some numbers for real-world measurements (tube lengths, bend locations, etc.). These are angled up at 25º. I really liked CaliraisedLED's securement methods, might incorporate some design elements into my design.

Sort of a long term / eventual project I will get to that is way down my list. Mainly need to go take some measurements before I progress to much further. Thinking of dimple die top plates, or leaving tubular as is. We'll see.

 

I finished welding up mine. Hopefully sand/grind and paint tomorrow.

 

And now I have some truck skies to install.

 

Finally done and all mounted up. I still want to add a few more bolts to the frame plates.

Partially. I got it during the Pelfreybilt fire sale that @JLee did. Got a sweet deal but it was made for a second gen and needed to have the tubing welded on plus some other modifications.

Finally going to get moving on this. I bought all my supplies last Jan/Feb, glad I got them when I did. Steel prices are stoopid...

Yeah it was a blast to make but one hell of an endeavor. im finally gonna get around to making a matching rack to go on top of the bed rack I bought.

 

Does anyone have a picture of their plates fastened to the frame? Wondering if the original intent of this design was to truly use every fastener hole cut out of these plates.

 

There will be some unused holes. I left the holes that are specific to the 2nd gen in so the template can be used on both trucks. There are also some holes that are clearance for plastic wire clips.
