I'd still like to buy extra parts from anyone that has performed this mod before by the way!

I hope you didn’t think it was a negative comment.

I am very much appreciative of the original work by @tacozord and I think your pdf was professional, polished and worthy acknowledgement and thanks!

Anybody got some left over TXL 10 gauge wire? Finding that particular wire in small quantities seems most difficult as it seems you can only buy it in spools.

Ebay-search "awg 10 txl" comes up with 100' for $27.99 which is a nice amount to get.

I’ve used this source. Reasonable prices (at least when I used them a few years ago). Good customer service. Best of all, they sell by the foot!

    https://www.wirebarn.com/

Edit: they don’t have 10 Gauge TXL.

Wire barn doesn't carry #10 txl by the foot. I bought my #18 gxl sets there though.

Just confirming since I am installing the same ARB compressor but not worried about lockers. Run the compressor itself straight to the battery with a separate 40a fuse? Then run the pressure switch to the relayed accessory side of the Bussman, using a 30a fuse for that accessory?

Thanks, i've read over this a million times it seems like, hahaha

I might have some but it wont be for a while. Also you can buy the metripak connectors from mouser so you dont have to go to different stores.

Finally had a chance to go through my electrical stuff, let me know what you need. I bought everything listed in the original post. I’ll be posting this in the for sale ads.

As you can see i had a problem with space to put the ground bussbars so i had to use some very small ones and place them in a odd location.

Going over some of my notes and wanted to add this to the thread -

Apparently Eaton has discontinued the 15303 and moved to the 15305. The 15303 can still be found but I ended up purchasing the 15305-2-2-4 from TTI. TTI currently has it listed for $26.88 and no min purchase quantity or order $ amount. Attaching the 15305 .pdf

*EDIT* Looks like they too are out of stock now and its back-ordered. :annoyed:

    upload_2019-10-19_19-57-2.jpg

The Delphi removal tool has been updated as well. Having both removal tools (don't ask), there is definitely a difference.

    upload_2019-10-19_20-0-42.jpg

Also, I've used CE Electronics a couple of times for this project. Fast shipping and excellent customer service. Here is there 10 AWG TXL - like TTI, no order or quantity minimum.
