From the schematics on Eaton’s site it doesn’t seem too daunting. Then again I’m use to staring at wiring diagrams at work

That looks like the LMTV one. I have one too and trying to map it out broke my brain. It makes no sense to me. It is a combo 12/24 volt unit. It's been sitting in a drawer for months now.

How long ago? That would be funny if I'm the one that bought it!
I'm thinking about burning some money and ordering a normal one from Eaton. Since I purchased all of the plugs and needed terminals for somewhere around the tune of $50 or so, I figure I should stick with the general idea.

The Power Distribution Center (PDC) closer to being finished.

    <previous work completed>

I am expecting the wire and a few other little items to get the main panel finished up.

Labor intensive project.. but highly rewarding.

Some pictures of the progress. Got most of it finished. Still need to make the jumper to tie the bus bars togather, the cab switch harness and the battery cables.

First time wiring but I just got done with my Bussmann relay box. I hand only a single buss so I had to tweak the set up. Also changed the connectors on fused lines.

I see the OP runs 10 GA wire from the RTMR to the accessory connector. I have different amperage for different switches ranging from 20 amps to 5 amps.

Do I need to change my wire gauge from the RTMR to the accessory connector, or will 10GA work safely with no degradation of power to the accessory for that short 6" section?

The op does that to maximize options so that down the road a change of accessory doesn't require reworking the rtmr since every connector and fuse/relay slot is capable of the full amperage and only the fuse needs to be chosen to match the rest of the accessory circuit wiring. Basically you don't have to plan every circuit going in, just add what's needed going from the connector out.

Cool, I just wanted to make sure I don’t have to buy 5 different gauge wire since each of the 5 relays have different amps running to them.

    Thank you bagleboy

    well...

I didnt want to be given a fish, I wanted to learn to fish.

I didnt realize I was about to spend $300 on my "fishing equipment", and havent even gotten my relays/fuses or main mounting tray (I want to make my own). My orders are in... I hope I can make this work. My palms are sweaty, someone coddle me and tell me its going to be OKAY, please...

I dumped almost that much and don't even have all the parts. That said, if part of your cost was because of min quantities, I'd be happy to take surplus you might have off of your hands.

Right on. I was thinking about building a couple more complete units to sell to help offset the cost a little. I suppose selling the extra parts is an option as well, I’ll hit you up when I’m done.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that feels a little buried on the project. Another $150 we could have gotten a switch-pro. The factory button look will make it all worth it at the end though!
