I had some people request I post dimensions. I'm attaching everything as pics. I hope you guys can figure it out. It should be pretty straight forward.

    Things to note:
The door hinges you buy should be 360 deg hinges. Meaning they can rotate past 200. Many hinges do not allow full rotation. The hinges will stick up above the 2x4 by 1/4" or so. This won't damage the drywall, but you will want to make sure you load the drywall carefully, so you don't smash into the hinges. You could notch out the 2x4, but that's a lot of extra work.

I used my Krieg pocket jig to drill holes so that the arms sit flush with the cross beams. You'll see what I mean in the pics. Accordingly, my dimensions are for that setup. If you choose a different method of joining the 2x4, you'll need to adjust your measurements.

I don't recall the exact thread pitch of the bolt, but it is SAE, not metric. The D-ring nuts in the bed are not covered, so you can buy whatever length and not bottom it out. I think I bought 2.75" or 3" bolts. The 2x4 will eat up 1.5" of your bolt length, so buy accordingly. I spent almost 2 hours searching for the right thread pitch and lengths.

When not in use, I just attached the 2 swinging pieces together by driving some screws through the 2x4. Makes it much easier to carry.

Nice work on the documentation! Looks really easy to follow.
Thank you for doing this. I’m keeping this thread subbed for when I need this!

The hole size might be off. I believe I drilled 1" holes and used fender washers for the bolts. The center to center measurement is an approximation, so that's why I drilled large holes. Also, when you put it in the bed, it needs to go down at an angle if you have a tonneau cover like mine.

Did you have issues carrying drywall that led to this? I just put it in the bed with one side on the Wheel well and the other in the bed bottom. Never had one break.

Not a huge fan of hauling a 10 foot section in that manner. Lightweight drywall will flex quite a bit.
