DIY fix to retain front crossbars with Bakflip

I went to the hardware store and got some slotted galvanized stock and just hammered it for the angle,a couple bolts and nylock nuts and bada bing Bada boom. It's very stable too. I'm not aware that a bracket exists to utilize the attachment point in front of the truck bed...maybe some more handy can manufacture this idea to make it rock solid.
