    YES, YOUBETCHA
"is there anyway to easily do that now? " Well, you'll need to purchase that wire somewhere DEALER $$$$ or, if you're lucky, find the right connector [has to fit in the white connector that came with teh CC switch] and make up a horn control wire.
Tough Lesson to learn e.g. Some Know It All's Don't!
I think the wire was available from the dealer for more than the switch cost me.

Mine came with crank windows, no cruise, AND non-intermittent wipers...at least it has a CD player (that I don't use anyway)...and a bench seat.

Yeah - when I got mine (used), it was a former delivery truck for a NAPA. Because it's a 2WD, it didn't get much use when it snowed (still not a perfect frame).

I knew I could live with crank windows (my previous trucks were all cranks), and I knew I could add cc myself (which I did - it's the one thing I HAD to have because I do a lot of freeway driving). The one thing I thought would be OK but wasn't was intermittent wipers.

It really bugged me when it was a light rain or mist. Luckily, that took ZERO wiring - just install the correct stalk, and it was up and running.
