There’s a ton of options out there, I have Thule tracks so I just found the replacement t track nuts for their feet from etrailer, for the aluminum extrusion the tnutz site sells any of the nuts you’d need and just the right thread and right length bolts. I wish I could tell you exact but I ordered a bunch of random ish at the same time.

Possible to get that image file so it could taken to a local shop and have it cut up, rather than cut and shipped?

    Good idea

I could do that too! and that would be even easier to have multiple length, options, etc. Just pick and download

It's a good idea for people who live in big cities or know someone with a water jet. I know where one is three hours away, and he says he can't get to anything for three months

Awesome thanks! I'll just have to figure it out then. Are your mounting feet like 4 inches long?

    I will.offer turnkey solution too.

Stay tuned I'm ordering Tuesday to make sure everything works as planned.

Also working on some feet similar to the ones shown here but with adjustability when your tracks are not level side to side.

I havent 100% figured that out. I cut the aluminum into 3" strips and bent it into brackets. Those are bolted to the inside of the rack. I now need to find a 1" spacer 3/4" wide and 3" long to sit in the roof track. The toughest part was lining up the bracket holes. With the holes in the roof. I put the bracket where it should be, marked the center of the roof track on the bracket and transferred a mark on the roof for the cab holes.

This is the best pic i got

Looks awesome! Good job! What did you use to cut and how thick is that sheet?

The sheet is 3/16". Which seems to be more than enough with 7 bars. If you were doing less you may want to use 1/4". I started off with a jig saw for a clean cut, but got impatient and broke out the plasma cutter...

What’re you gonna do with the extra? I need a small 30”ish by 18”ish rectangle for a swingout table but have been too lazy to go to the metal super market.

did you measure to create the side rails curve that follows the roof line? Or used a template?
