Yes it does. Viper is made by Directed and it's all the same the only difference is branding.

 

i only asked 'cause they have better reviews on their ios app, but their module is more expensive than the directed one

 

i was debating on the gps capability or not. i'm researching the items now

 

Also when you download the directed app it gives you the option to select the branding of the app which is interesting.

Got my DSM300 today. Going through your write up and seeing what I have in the box, I had one question. You stated that I only needed the 4 pin white connector that goes to the

$59 dball2 databus all combo bypass module

dball2 and the grey wire that you extended and that is the ground wire - do you not need the 2 pin connector that appears to be power and ground?

 

Awesome. I'm going to work on cleaning up the wiring harness tomorrow then hopefully install it sat.

DBall2 for my Wife's 2016 Frontier, which she had to have after seeing how mine works.

 

Not sure it'll be as easy with the Frontier. Doesn't look like it's listed as RSR so you'll likely need a separate remote start module.

 

This is why I stay away from any posts in relation to wheels, tires and lifts

 

That's why I try to stick to simple and reasonable mods. Otherwise, I'd have long travel, glass fenders and 35's with new gears and likely be broke before year end.

ok harness is all ready to go. Mine looks much longer than yours, but I can fix it when I go to install it all.

It does kinda look like poo, but this is all the loom I had so I jimmy rigged it all together lol

 

Funny... I was adamantly against the Frontier but the Woman gets what the Woman wants. Hers is also a 4x4 and is actually a very nice truck. The floor is a bit lower so easier to get in/out for her with less of a feet forward seating position. It is a much less refined engine/tranny combo and the interior is cheap. But, she loves it... and, she has a job and pays for it. So... there you go!
