I think there might be atleast 2 sets of springs. Soft ride for the OR models and Firm ride for the Sports.

3rd gen 2 springs, one US one Canada.

    48220 SPRING ASSY, REAR LH
    48220-04340 MAIN 3-LEAF+HELPER 1, CANADA SPEC 1
    48220-04350 MAIN 3-LEAF+HELPER 1 1

2nd gen had a wide variety due to the small 2WD models and older 3 pack US models.

    48220 SPRING ASSY, REAR LH
    48220-04191 MAIN 2-LEAF+HELPER 1 1
    48220-04201 MAIN 3-LEAF+HELPER 1, USA POSSESSION SPEC (09/2010 - 08/2011) 1
    48220-04300 MAIN 3-LEAF+HELPER 1, USA POSSESSION SPEC (10/2012 - 05/2014) 1
    48220-35020 MAIN 3+HELPER 1-LEAF, USA POSSESSION SPEC (09/2011 - 07/2013) 1
    48220-35040 MAIN 2-LEAF+HELPER 1 (09/2011 - 07/2013)

    48210 SPRING ASSY, REAR RH
    48210-04551 MAIN 2-LEAF+HELPER 1 1
    48210-04561 MAIN 3-LEAF+HELPER 1, USA POSSESSION SPEC (09/2010 - 08/2011) 1
    48210-04660 MAIN 3-LEAF+HELPER 1, USA POSSESSION SPEC (10/2012 - 05/2014) 1
    48210-35A20 MAIN 3+HELPER 1-LEAF, USA POSSESSION SPEC 1
    48210-35A40 MAIN 2+HELPER 1-LEAF

In Canada pretty much every model uses the same 4 pack. The recall upgraded the 3 pack US models to 4 packs too I believe.

Was replying to the dude that posted there's 2 - one for Sports and one for ORs... which isn't true but I was trying to be diplomatic about it.

The stock leafs are not very hefty ... for a pickup truck. Why I upgraded my suspension. Mainly to get rid of the harsh bouncy ride the Sport comes with stock (craptatstic shocks).

The Sport has to be bouncy. The Shocks help stiffen the suspension for better cornering.

    Better cornering... yeah no.

Upgrade your suspension and find out what you've been missing. Not trying to be a dick but once you get out from under those shocks you will be pleasantly surprised. Change the springs along with, and in heaven.

Switched out my Sport shocks for Bilstein 4600HD's. Much better ride and just as good if not better handling. Now I'm thinking about some better leaf springs!

I don't off-road so why would I sacrifice superior highway performance for something I'll rarely if ever need to use. The Sport suspension handle payloads better.

Thanks for the replies. I am assuming that from the factory that a sport like mine has the same springs as an SR or an offroad.

Some people though I was joking but check this out. Standard and firm ride suspension available according to TRDShop.

Apparently the SR 4wd Access Cab uses Standard 48210-04710 only. The SR 2wd Access Cab has the option of Firm 48210-35810 or Standard 48220-04350.
