I'm looking into getting a set of Fox Factory Series 2.5 extended travel COs for my '19 OR. I'm wondering if I would need to upgrade the springs while running a hidden winch mount, 8k WARN EVO 8s (synthetic) and sliders? I have a roof rack, decked system, bed bars and roof-top-tent as well. Looking to stay around a 2in lift with as little preload as possible

    Winch Mount: ~30lbs
    Winch: ~50lbs

With all the other stuff as well, I think 650s would be a safe option.

Granted I'm a 2nd gen, but I run 650s with the below setup + fridge and recovery gear in the bed so about equal to a decked. Have about 2.25-2.5 inches of lift

Do you know if I would need to get them re-valved or is it just a swap? I'd like to just buy them with 650lb springs but I cant seem to find that as an option

Spring weight and valving are 2 different things but are sorta related. I'd call downsouth, accutune, etc and theyll square you away.

DSM had 600s and 700s on their website when I got my kings a while back, but I called them and they had 4 unlisted pairs of 650s. Who knows, you may get lucky.

@ShowstoppersUSA has a presence here. They might have something in stock too.

    Thank you for the tag!

We do attempt to stock 600 / 650 / 700 Coilovers (King), but given the circumstances - everything is on backorder.

@itscementnotgray if you'd like to consider a King setup - please feel free to message me with any questions

Take a look at this article, may help give you an idea on which spring rate to go with. If you havn't bought those coilovers yet, we can calculate spring rates for you, swap on new springs if needed and tune the shocks for you. We should have the spring rate you need, if it needs to be changed. I would probably stick to a 14 x 600 spring rate, we hardly ever use or even recommend the 650.

I have an aluminum bumper, 9500 winch with syn rope, aluminum front skid, sliders and roof rack and I run 600# springs per Accutunes recommendation, over a year now all good

Edit, super charger kit will be complete today, it added some pretty good weight up front so I may have to increase springs in the future, we'll see
