    Hello Tacomaworld!
I recently purchased a Bilstein 6112 and 5165 kit with All Pro Expedition Leaf springs. When I look at any other kit online they all have 5160 rear shocks not 5165s like mine. Was I sent the wrong rear shocks? My 5165 model number shows 25-176230. I also had to swap out the rubber bushings since they were too small. Thanks!

Well that’s relieving I was most likely just overthinking it since I saw different model numbers in the others I also realized the 5160s say up to 1.5 inch of lift. I believe the all pro expedition rears are more than that.

I have OME dakars and it fits with them perfect.

Edit: ive had them on for a few years with plenty of wheeling and have had zero problems.

5160's are application specific, 5165's are universal. Like 5100's and 5125's. Bilstein might not make a 5160 that best fits that configuration, so an appropriate 5165 was used, I assume because they do better match the travel of those springs.
