15 gallons of gas weighs ~ 91 lbs, I’m thinking that is not the cause but also the most plausible. I’m going to give it a week and see where I’m at with less fuel in the tank.

@Stocklocker I did check the theory of the bound/stuck shock as well; it doesn’t seem to be hindered - I backed the passenger side up onto the curb, drivers side had droopage.

Is your bottom leaf broken above the lift block?

Full tank of gas makes the overload spring touch, if that's what you're referring to?
The little space between block and overload spring is a shim to correct d.s. angle.

@bkhlrTaco's - It was something that someone suggested - but 90-ish lbs doesn’t seem like enough to make that much of a difference.

I’ll check the spring above the block - I didn’t inspect them super closely, I was looking for something obvious. Thank you.

No. 90 shouldn't make as big a difference as you're getting.
I was answering if my leaf spring was broken. (I should've quoted)
I'm not sure what he's looking at that makes him ask that.

You can also, if you have a jack and jack stands, lift from your rear diff, and get high enough to throw jack stands under frame and see if your droop or anything is binding up
Also with springs uncompressing you may get a view of anything looks off or broken
