Hello everyone I am need of advice on upper control arm replacement for my 2011 single cab 4x4 Tacoma. I am currently ordering a suspension lift kit from headstrong off-road to support the 260lbs of weight that is being added by a front bumper and winch set up I purchased. The kit has the following components. OME 886 springs, the OME nitro shocks (90021s) and OME trim packer. along with the strut and coil assembly. For the rear, I'm going with the Bilstein 5100 standard rear shocks, and the 3 leaf add a leaf from headstrong off road. This advertised to raise the front 2.5 inches and the rear 1.5 inches. Being a much lighter 4 cylinder single cab I have heard that it will be more like 3 inches. I would like to have a perfect alignment if possible to avoid tire wear. My question is do I need to purchase upper control arms if I have the extra weight to bring the front down, and if so what do you guys recommend I go with?
Any advice is greatly appreciated thank you so much,
    Graham Foster

If you want the most adjustability then go with SPC’s. There’s also JBA that has a model with built in caster. I personally have Icon Tubular with Delta Joints that have the strength of a uniball without the maintenance and noise.

Edit: Here’s a group buy for Dirt Kong’s to save a pretty penny!
