Do I need to upgrade my shocks with new leaf springs?

My question is whether the Bilstein 5100 will support the Icon leaf spring if installed as "Option 3" with the rear 2.65" lift?

I added a shell and bed setup to my bed and got too much sag in the back. I am currently running:
    1) Readylift 3" Front / 2" Rear Lift Kit (Rear on blocks)
    2) Bilstein 5100 Rear Shocks

My end goal is to have the truck near level at 3" with the camper shell and bed setup. I have decided to upgrade the rear leafs to:
    Icon RXT Rear Suspension System

I have read all throughout the forums and have got conflicting reports about whether the Bilstein 5100 will support the leaf pack or if I should upgrade the shocks as well. I have considered adding airbags (and plan to eventually) but don't like the idea of offroading under this weight without adding some aftermarket leafs first.

Open to any suggestions leaf, rear shocks, air bags, or otherwise that can get the truck level under this weight while still maintaining decent offroad capability without destroying what little ride quality I have left.
