So my rear end is up in the air and my new Dakars are "in". My question is, with tue new angle that the leaf pack is in, do I tighten the bolts on the shackle before I drop the truck or after. It kinda makes sense before, but also after. Need help guys

actually all suspension that uses rubber bushings are supposed to be torqued with the vehicles weight on it. if its a poly bushing it doesnt matter.
