Ok, so I bought my 01 used a few years ago so I'm still making payments. Saw an 04 on a lot today that has some of the things I want to do already done and with less mileage. Could trade in mine and pick this one up and keep the same payment. But, I'd sure like to get this one paid off and have no payments for a while.

    Thoughts???

keep what u have, pay it off, use the money for mods! u might be paying the same payments, but im sure it will take u longer to pay the 04 off compared to ur 01.

It has the ARE topper I want, the spray on bed liner, class three hitch, roof rack, and 70,000 less miles.

I got my ARE CX Series on Craigslist for $300.
    Hitches are relitively cheap.

You would probably be better off using what you have IMO.

The 70k less miles is nice though. How many miles do you have now?
