    Who has th9e damaged wheels now? Have they provided proof of the damage? If you never opened them then the box should be roughed up for them to have been damaged in shipping. Was it one rim or all of them damaged?

    Just so we all understand you were NOT buying a truck from Elmhurst but rather ordered wheels from them online, changed your mind after receiving and opening the boxes and you want them to gladly refund every penny, including shipping, because you changed your mind?

    Any wheel damage is a separate issue to be taken up with the shipper.

    What if the wheels were lost in shipping, would you still be upset with Elmhurst because they wont refund until the part is back in their hands?
