Thanks for the feedback. What amazes me is how some of these companies still think it's 1990. Thousands of people will likely see this thread and as a result dismiss Tactical Armor Group. Your company name is out there, the internet is an incredible tool to boost your brand, but it can just as easily damage it beyond repair.

The issue isn't that there was a delay on the estimated delivery time, it's that they apparently treated him like shit and called him a liar. And yea, if the consumers decide they would prefer to spend their money with companies that not only produce an excellent product but are also friendly, reasonable, and easy to deal with, then yes Tactical Armor Group should go out of business.

I'd be more pissed about the way the guy spoke to him on the phone vs the wait.

Naturally there are two sides to a story, however, Kennesaw Mtn changed their name to Tactical Armor because people hated them. Plenty of others have come out with similar stories of displeasure. I don't doubt the OP.

Walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, etc... etc... it's a duck.

Why should I or anyone risk or deal with it? I can think of multiple companies that from what I've read and seen produce an excellent product and don't provide shitty customer service.

The wait I could deal with (7+ weeks seems a bit much imo) its the fact that I was told three to four weeks. When I called to see how it was coming along the rep told me they had not even started building the bumper and would not start for at least another week! When I told the guy that I was told on the phone it would be 3 to 4 weeks he told me and I'm quoting him " no you weren't. You were never told that." If he had said something along the lines of " hey I'm sorry you must have revived some wrong information. I apologise for the misunderstanding." I would still be ordering a bumper from them.

ARB all the way! I love mine and it looks better in person than in pictures.
