The sway bar hole on the spindle is not tapered.

I don't think disconnecting the sway bar is the issue, it's moving it out of the way when your front suspension articulates so it doesn't damage it's self.

Never had my truck jerk and pull erratically over bumps and i've been running without a sway bar for a over a year now. I actually like my ride a little more now without it. (Icon ext coils with dakar leafs in the back) Of course there's more roll to the truck but i hardly drive my rig like a sports car anyways..

This is all Subjective to the individual user,

If you usually never offroad by all means, don't take it off....

By if you do like to run trails, take it off and see how you like it. If it scares you while on the road put it back on, simple as that.

Its not that easy on our trucks. There isn't enough room for the sway bar to swing out of the way. Its in front of the truck. It cant swing down because it will hit the steering control arms, and if you swing it up, it will get hit by the tire. There really is no room.

Yes, it is possible with a lot of fabrication, but not as easy as drilling a hole and installing a pin ;)

This sounds more like the case. I put on LR UCAs to get better alignment numbers. The extra Caster helped to keep it straight on roads rutted from big trucks.

OME 886 with OME nitros holding up my ARB. My opinion is, it is better.

I'm running stock suspension and took off my sway bar and it's just fine. A LITTLE more body roll but not as exaggerated as some people say. But mostly, I hardly notice it's gone.

I was thinking the same, I asked when my bolt on LT was being installed if they would make Sway bar extensions...
