    Yes. The plastic housing was cracking. I pre-wrapped in F4, then a heat resistant flex conduit was wrapped again in F4. I found a lot of oil and grit inside the old wiring conduit.

    Personally, I've never been too concerned with covering ground wire. Basically every metal surface is part of the ground.
