You tell your fooking stupid boss to fook himself. That is harassment and you can get his ass if he does not stop it. WTF are you guys making that a customer seeing a Tacoma in the company parking lot will deter them not to do business with your company?

Let me guess, does he drive some POS ford or other American labeled pos?

    LOL,

never thought of it that way....terrorist truck.

In reality, Toyo trks are the shit and are the "official" trk for a lot of countries. These trks take you to some places that are hard to imagine. At least the terrorists know that they do now have to worry about their means of transportation. They only have to worry when we come over and bomb the shit out of their hamster homes in the mountains of afghan or in the rat holes of iraq.

Well said brother. I hope you put a banana in his pos vehicle's tailpipe. Someday, this asshole will have to move and then he will come running to you to help you with YOUR truck.

No he won't. He'll lose. Any lawyer who takes the case, which they probably won't because it's a guaranteed loser, is going to charge the crap out of him because they know there'll likely be no money. Then he'll be out of a job and have lawyer's fees to deal with. The person losing the job would have to prove discrimination, which it's not if it's over a truck choice. Discrimination is difficult to prove even when there is actual legal discrimination.

Not a chance. In an "at will" a person can be fired for any reason. Smoking at home, color of their hair, car they drive......No one has a RIGHT to work unless under contract. No one has to join a union in a right to work state,

Discrimination does not cover EVERYTHING....There is "discrimination" which every boss uses everyday in determining compensation and it's legal. I can legally discriminate between employees work habits, dress habits, obesity, even smokers UNLESS there are SPECIFIC laws on the books regarding each issue.......Then There is illegal discrimination which few really understand. .

This is the same kind of thing Harley riders will trash the Metrics about.....American Pie and all that. I tell em to take all the non American made parts off their bikes and I will race them 100 feet in first gear for pinks.

Yeah, the foreign made trucks are usually frowned upon in my area.

wow Buddy! you bring up this harley thing at every possible opportunity. How about if I leave my harley just the way it is and race you for pinks...on second thoughts nevermind, keep your yammie :D

Star builds the Road Star S and Road Star following the classic recipe, but adds a high-tech fuel injection system as well as a range of distinctive features that have become this maker’s emblems by now. Features such as the belt final drive, 9-spoke cast wheels as well as the amazing fit and finish are setting Star apart from the rest of the Japanese crowd and closer and closer to Harley-Davidson built quality.

My GF's dad give me crap all the time because he has a V8 dakota. But he doesn't mind that I pull his boat and haul his dirtbikes (his truck has a camper shell).

But lately he hasnt said anything because his dodge has what a lot of other dodges have in common: tranny problems.

A "friend" of mine who knows someone with a Z71 says it would break my Taco in half if he ever pulled me out of a sticky situation.

So far, thats the only crap I've recieved since owning Tacos since 1998. This is him saying it about my '11.

I work in the oilfield in northern Alberta, and it's brutal driving a Toyota up here. Most of these people can't believe I would buy a "piece of Jap Crap", or, as one master of linguistics put it, a "fuckin nipper head death trap".

I continuously have to deal with crap about my truck:
    a) falling apart when it hits a bump
    b) being too tiny for a "real man" to fit into
    c) not being able to pull anything
    d) not being a good "bush truck" [which is hilarious because not one person I know up here uses their DD truck as a "bush truck"]
    e) being terrible for use as a work truck, when compared to our company 1 ton's [even the 1/2 ton's everyone else drives is shitty for work compared to them right? but they honestly don't get that]
    f) being a girls truck
    g) accelerating [you know...]

Worst of all, we only have GM Ford and Dodge dealers here in town, I'm over 200 km's away from a Toyota dealership. However, despite the lack of need for a dealer as of yet, they always ask "what are you gonna do when you need something fixed? dumb move to buy a 'city truck'." [closest dealer is in Edmonton, the 'city' 200+ clicks away]

I hate the attitude, know it all too well, but as one other member said somewhere in this thread, why should I feel obliged to buy something of lower quality, just because [my wording following, not his/hers] white people designed / made it.

And to all you American's who work at and for Toyota [and Canadian's too!] Thank you, for an excellent truck.

    I'm done, thanks for listening.
