So this may be a stupid question but I've been trying to search and cant find a definitive answer.

I know coilovers come in standard and extended travel, where you would need to replace the UCA for additional droop, but do Bilstein or OME have an extended travel front shock similar to coilovers to increase travel, or are they already limited by the UCA?

IE if I upgrade my UCA with 5100s or 6112s would that be "extended travel" similar to extended coilovers

Pay a visit to www.accutuneoffroad.com probably more info. there than you are currently looking for in there tech section. However I would rather have too much info. than not enough. You can always call or e-mail them as well.

Extended travel are longer. Because of their extended length, you have to have aftermarket UCAs to account for the extra travel. Stock UCAs will bind with the extra travel of extended travel shocks/coilovers

Do you really think you'll notice either way for it to matter?
    I suspect most people wouldn't.
