I was under my truck installing sliders and noticed that the leaf springs seem rather flat. I do have a topper, but with just that I would think the springs would still have something of an upward bend. These are going to be inverted if I put much more weight in the back.

Of course, the truck doesn't seem to be sagging or anything and is pretty much level with the topper. Still, these don't look right.

What say you? What do "proper" stock springs look like? I've been thinking of AAL to get back the factory rake.

Thanks. I never paid attention to what they looked like before the topper, but I always thought they were supposed to have a bit of an upward bend at the ends rather than be flat.

Thanks. Those look pretty flat too. Guess it's by design. Good to know. Curious to know how the new ones ride.

Yes...flat is good. Reverse camber is not.

Flat springs endure flexing better and act as radius rods on the axle.
