Do they make aftermarket headlights that fit?

    97 Tacoma 2.7L 5 speed
    97 Tacoma 2.7L 5x7 headlights

    I can't find any aftermarket headlights that don't require rewiring. The negative is switched instead of the positive like most cars. Anyone know of some good plug and play replacement lights? Holing for some LED lights but I'll settle for something that works :p
