Do TRD sports come with a skid plate?

I realize the many people remove the air dam from their TRD Sports. So this maybe a dumb question, but the reason I ask is that i replaced my OR skid plate with the TRD pro skid plate. It's only 3 months old and in great condition. I was gonna turn it in for scrap, but someone suggested Offerup or craigslist. Are these thing in any way sought after? Would anybody want this? I'm not going to sell it but I would gladly give to someone nearby if they wanted one.(any other suggestions as to how to repurpose?or should i keep it) It just seems like a waste to toss it in the garbage, but I also don't need it sitting in my garage.( I do not nor expect to make any $$$$) Again sorry if this is a dumb question

 

TRD sports come with a splash plate that doesn’t do shit except keep water and some grime off. I threw mine away with the air dam

The Sport "skid" is more of an oil pan cover. Very similar to the OR "skid."

Yes it's there, it will deflect small rocks and branches, but heaven help you if you put the full weight of the truck on it.

But nah, I don't think you can sell your OR skid to Sports. We prefer to buy the Pro skid too.

 

Not a dumb question, and nice of you to offer it up. Maybe look for a local FB group, there may be someone with a wrecked truck, returning back to stock, or a mangled one that could use it.

 

All trims come with the front skid.

The mid skid over the pan is only on the offroad.

 

I gave mine to a friend.
His was busted and a non busted splash guard is better than a busted one.
Offer it for free.
It may not go for that much...
