If I was a cop, I would have shot him that day (probably why I am not). This bullshit is costing all of us money. To watch this monkey show is criminal on so many levels. If this was 120 years ago this would have been over 2 days after it happened.

Sorry for the rant, just really pissed about the whole thing.

Sandy Hook full of actors and they are hiding another shooter. Chris dorner the boogie man for terror and to say it's okay for the police to search my car just in case he's in there.. maybe the next time go to our homes and search there for somebody that probably doesn't exist..

High intelligence and mental illness often go hand in hand. I've lived it and I've seen it many times. High IQ (intelligent quotient) offset by a low EQ (emotional quotient). They're often our brightest of minds, but they wither in the competitive environment, stunted by an inability to relate. And this is where they fall through the cracks. And when they do, it's sadly not many more steps to the world of James Holmes.

Yeah lets just let the tax payers take care of his ass for the rest of his life because it was okay because hes just "insane". What the FUCK.

Death. If you kill people and are proven guilty, you should die.
How hard can this really be? And why is it allowed to be any other way? People are so fucking sensitive and soft now its disgusting.
I wish one of the cops had just shot this guy dead on the scene.

I honestly can not find it in myself to understand why and how people who kill other people are let to live.

It's not that anyone's soft ... it's a question of what can we learn from him to prevent the rise of other James Holmes's in the future. He's actually a rarity in that most of these guys take their own lives, and we never get a chance to study them. Does it matter? I think so. Because if he could help us pinpoint the roots of his psychotic break, then we have something to work with in others. And believe me there are many others.

I don't think you are crazy for throwing that out there one bit. Im definitely a conspiracy theorist.
I have a complete disgust and distrust for the government though so its not hard for me to picture this being true.

Yeah that 100%. The fact that less than 1% of all criminal cases result in ruling of insanity is insane!! (pun intended)

That is an incredible amount of cases and definitely coincides with what Mountain Earth said... we never get to study these nut cases and there are in fact many more of these yahoos out there...
