I’m glad you fixed it if it should ever return? There was a bulletin on the differential vibration causing cabin noise at Certain speeds so a spacer was needed. Just in case...

I had loose wires under/behind my glove box. I wired tied them tight and the buzz went away. Mine was a definite buzz at certain speeds, not a rattle.

Another fix is to turn your radio louder....you’ll never hear it!

I have a “rattle” from (it seems) under the cab while not moving and in drive; if I put the truck in neutral it stops.. weird

I have a noise coming from the passenger side. Seems to be around the seat area. Oh, never mind. It’s the wife .....

Have you turned the engine off? And made sure there isn’t a rattle snake underneath the truck first? Or perhaps a toddler with a Rattling toy, I always make sure before I change my truck into gear to check for those.

Good luck I only have temporary fix. I installed this Mod you may want to look into, it’s called a ejection seat, Works like a charm. Save even more money duck tape?

My rattle was the access panel for the fresh air intake filter in the back of the glovebox.

My first thoughts too, so I removed the panel and with it completely gone, still. but the strange thing is, the sounds comes and goes. I tired uploading the video but my newbie skills won’t allow me to.

I had a rattle on my 2nd gen. No problems for me yet excluding loose objects rattling around. I thought I heard a whistle coming off my passenger side mirror yesterday and now it’s driving me nuts.

There is a thread on this. For most of us it was the auto headlight sensor on the passenger side tweeter area. I pulled mine, put some very small pieces of gorilla tape under it and voila! The problem was gone.
