I'd like to believe it's right around 80 pounds dry - no accessories.

To repeat - front bumper for a Tacoma

One site suggests 78 pounds: http://www.expeditionswest.com/equipment/tacoma/arb_bumper.html

Yet another suggests, well... they list a shipping weight, but it's way, way, WAY more...
    http://ironpigoffroad.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=73

    ...as in 105 lbs more!

Now, ARB doesn't list the weight on their site, but after reviewing the installation instructions, I doubt the bumper weights 185 pounds (site above claims 185 lbs shippng weight)...LOL That or ARB's suggestion to have a friend help by holding the bumper up while you place nuts on bolts means you'll be calling the Hulk in to lend a hand...

I mean, I know they're heavy, being steel and all, but is the packaging to ship one really 105#s?!

BruteForceFab shipped my rear bumper to me well wrapped in cardboard and cling wrap - worked perfect and weighed...very little. ;)

So, anyone know what an ARB front bumper for a Tacoma weighs?

I'll wait if you want to unbolt yours and slip it onto the bathroom scale to solve this little mystery... ;)

For a 2nd gen Tacoma its 110-120 pounds. Haha sorry but there's way too many bolts to remove and weigh it for the exact measurement.

its heavy. its more than 85#. you cannot put it on yourself without a hoist of somesort or jacks or jackstands. i would guess mine is closer to 130 than 110, if not more than that. its a heavy sob.

Not that heavy ! I put mine one a couple of weeks ago by my self . No hoist . It probably seems heavier than it is because it's big.

You can put it by yourself . You first put the mount and then you just pick it up and put it on the mount. It's not too bad .

Once you install the bumper mount you can just pick it up and put it on the mount and you don't need anyone to hold it while you put the bolts . It's lays on top of the mount .
