I have noticed a creeking sound lately on my 08 rugged trail and after scratching my head on what it is, I found that its the actual fender flare itself!! You push on the lower portion or mudflap or hit a bump and it "creaks"...

anybody else notice this and is there a cure?

try taking the flaps off. It's all personal preference but I think the truck looks better minus the flaps

Yeah I maye have to take it off and check it or just forget about it. Weird it's only the front passenger side and I do not want to take off the mud flaps. Of course it seems to be worse when the truck is dirty.

Maybe it's your fender fairy singing "Clean me, clean me!" all kidding aside, I have the squeaks as well as a BANG when I hit a bump from my All-Pro hitting the bottom of the fender flare...
