Dobinsons 16+ Taco front winch bumper

$500 is a good price. You may be able to find a cheaper rate, but I doubt you’ll find another shop who is proficient at installing this bumper. The initial cut is critical for spacing and there are several interferences that should be grinded down and primed. The bumper flexes a lot while driving and can make contact with the body of the truck - which is a horrible noise and feeling.
Like I said, I was one of their first installs and the cut was not perfect. I had to pull the bumper when I got home and re-trim everything.
I sent Eric and his team a list of lessons learned. I am sure they will be the most proficient.

The instructions state 1/4” spacing required, but anything less than 3/4” of spacing will result in contact between the bumper and upper body panels.

 

I appreciate the pictures and information. Do you have anymore pictures of that bumper? I would love to see more of it and your review of how do you like the bumper. I ended up getting a different bumper online.
I was going to get that bumper and have them install it in New Hampshire but the only reason why I didn’t was because that number doesn’t have a hoop that goes over the grill and I wanted something that was going to protect that so that’s the only reason why I didn’t go for that bumper
