Are you guys still planning on releasing the parabolic style rear leafs for the Tacoma?

No, we cancelled that project. It's too hard to do it without the truck on hand, and there are no Tacomas at our HQ in Australia for them to work on. The upside down shackle proved to be a PITA too...

I appreciate the honest response. I'll stick with the Dakars then.

Or pull your current springs, strip them and paint them with some good stuff, and you should be good to go.

For those wondering, the greaseable shackle bolts work for the front and rear leaf spring mounts, you just need to modify the metal sleeve that the bolt goes through to allow grease to go through it. It works, just finished installing on my 3rd gen.

Here’s a pic of the rear mount. I wish I would have taken pictures of how I modified the bushings, but basically I just drilled 4 holes where the holes in the bolt would line up. If that makes sense.

Not that great to be honest. Im in MA and this winter (and the amount of salt) has been destroying all of the new suspension parts I put on. I will most likely have to pull the coils to re-powdercoat (they came chipped from the factory and are now rusting under the powder), as well as paint over the leafs/most of the other parts.

The kit only comes with one pair of greasable pin bolts. Did you buy another set for a total of 4 pins for all four leaf mounts?

A few people recently have bought 2 sets at once, for a total of 4 pins

So to get all the poly bushings and 4 bolt pins I have to buy two sets?

Then I’ll have two sets of extra bushings for the stock OE blots plus the stock bolts, I guess I could even sell those on EBay for something.

Sorry, I thought you were only talking about the pins.

Buy 1 of the bushings with pins sets, then buy an extra pin set, and you'll have what you need.

When items are sold out, they can't be found on Amazon. They're due in early July.
