any write ups for the heated mirror with the controls, and the under lights? do they come on with your dome lights (when you hit the unlock button on your fob)?

Actually, I followed someone else's write ups for the heated mirrors and the undercarriage lights. Yes they do come on with the dome lights and key fob. Here are some other pics. Some links at the bottom too.

Awesome build. I've got a few of the same mods myself. Great job.

    Doc,

Since I'm already in for the MOLLE panel and the rifle mount, how about I just drop my truck off in Florida and you toss the rest of these badass mods in for me. I'll bring beer and whiskey! Seriously one of my favorite builds. Good work.

Not too bad for a rookie who's never really tinkered with custom auto stuff. Thanks.

Hey doc, how are those light holding up on the bottom? How long have you had em on? I was going to do just this but was talked out of it for fear of it not holding up well. Figured if throw a couple zip ties just to be safe?

I was a bit concerned for this issue too, however, I decided to try it with the 3M tape it came with first before I resorted to any other options. So far so good. The last time I looked it (last week) there were no areas that sagged or came loose. When I first installed it, I made sure I cleaned the area very well and let it dry before I applied the LED strip. If you want to do it to your truck, do it, despite someone else trying to talk you out of it. If it works and you like it, great. If it doesn't, adjust what you need to. After all, it's your truck, not theirs.

Only reason I did was because he showed me sagging pics... But who knows, maybe he did no prep work or non 3M... Just trying to gather more data before I pull the trigger. I'm out in the desert now so I don't have to worry about rain or snow anymore..

I know the desert well. If and when you do, please share. I don't remember how long I took to do it, but it was a few hours. The time spent prepping is worth it.

Hey Doc, did you put any deadener on the inner door skin too? Or just where you have it in the pics?
    Thanks
