OVERLANDING

trip through the smokies.

I’ll eat a basic whitefish even though it’s sketchy. But never anything in a shell

Deep fried is one thing... frozen/fresh unbattered shrimp is a no no. Has to be kept at 35 degrees until cooked and then it has to be cooked all the way through. Deep fried boils the F out of it and kills most everything although I have gotten sick at H. Salt Fish and Chips. It's sad really, I live practically spitting distance to the ocean and most everywhere the seafood quality is garbage.
