Go for the Dodge. You are living my dream.

Dodge nailed that car IMO. Ford did good job with the Mustang. Chevy could have done a better job with the Camaro. If you are going for retro go for full retro not kinda retro.

I wouldnt buy anything from dodge unless it was a real challenger from '70 or '71, the new one has a worse gold chain image than a vette imo but if you like it go for it

I'd rather have a new Camaro, but the Challengers are bad too. Saw this one at a local lot...

I was a fan of 60's and 70's Muscle Car etc. until I restored a couple, 69 Roadrunner and 71 Bronco. It is never ending wrenching no matter how much you spend upfront. The magazines tested the 1970 or 71 Challenger against the new one. It got its butt kicked in every possible way.

I have become a believer in technology and fuel injection.

I would love to have the new Challenger, SRT8 with some retro wheels. (Awwww!!)

ya but atleast the old ones will hold value and not depreciate 50%+ in 2 yrs. I hope you get a good deal and I see lots of low mileage used for really cheap but I guess if you gotta finance new is the way to go, good luck with the purchase :)

Not really a full retro since the interior for the Challenger comes straight out of the Charger/300 platform. Very disappointing. Although, I will say exterior wise it is the best looking retro out of the Big Three.

All the 2012 firebird was was a camaro with a different from clip and different tail lights. But you're right...it was pretty sick lookin. Maybe they'll make it and market it as a chevy instead of a pontiac since pontiac is dead...
