How do they install? is it simple bolt on or do I have to do drilling and stuff? Also, how difficult is it to remove and stow away in the garage when I don't need it?

    Thx

you have to take off the rear taillights, drll 3 small holes on either side marking with the attached template. bolt on the hinges, attach the bars, adjustng the 3 bars in the middle checking for square. tighten everything up, reattach rear taillights.

In a nutshell that is. :)

a release latch for each side which you attached... just open the tailgate and lift the extender verically and lift out.

    I love mine. :)

I was looking at these too. When it's flipped back into the bed, does it sit below the bed rails? I've got a hard tonneau cover and was wondering if it would interfere with that.
