5100s maxed out up front, 5100s random add a pack rear, 285 wildpeaks.
Hello all! After some searching I couldn't find a concrete answer regarding this skid plate in specific. Got the ECGS bushing installed recently and noticed that there was no second smaller skid plate behind the main plate in the front that would cover the front diff.
I ordered up this guy -

    https://parts.tustintoyota.com/p/To...upport-Splash-Shield/63047074/5140604020.html

and the dealer emailed me saying that that specific plate never came on the truck from factory and is not compatible. Is there any chance he was mistaking and that that skid plate will fit on my 2012 dclb 4x4 sport?

    Thanks, all!

you're talking about this one at the bottom right of the pic below, yes? I honestly can't say whether the smaller piece came on all, but to my understanding the factory "skids" seen below on the right side were only included on the offroads, bajas, and I believe pros.

yeah the threaded holes in the crossmember will be there to bolt it up, but only the TRD OR and PRO came with them from the factory.

I've seen a few posts about both skids coming with upper level trims from the factory as mentioned above^^^^^ but my stock-as-a-rock '09 RC 5-speed, with not even the convenience package or power-anything, had both on when new.

Same with the rear camera. My '09 had the camera in the handle and was completely pre-wired. All I had to do was add the mirror. Was an easy plug and play.

Not sure about the LED tail lights as they first appeared in '09 and my RC had them but seems like thereafter they may have been limited to certain trims on later-year builds. Not sure about that though.
