I have a dash rattle that comes and goes with changes in the temps, and I need to adjust the driver's door to get the top of the door to seal completely. It still handles well, and everything else works fine:)

I have 38k on my 08. My suspension squeaked since the day I bought it new. My pulleys have wind since the day I ran through some pretty deep water. Other than that there are no real rattles. The blower motor makes noise when it is on low but that's normal and there is a tick with the motor but again that's normal. My suspension is still very stiff just how I like it. What really worries me here is how people here with trucks that are older than mine and have so much fewer miles than I do!!!!

86k on mine, 07. Leaf springs to creak if you don't keep em clean. Other than that the only rattles I have is change in my cubbies and my subwoofer box which isn't anchored.

Traded 05 at 173,554 miles & no rattles. Maybe the rattles are more prevelant on 4x4's because of the rough terrain of travel. My street truck never had any rattle issues. My 2011 doesn't either.

92,ooo miles. Have developed a rattlunderneath. Its off and on....sounds like maybe a loose heat shield for the exhaust near the front....i have not confirmed that but there is definitely a loud tinging rattle .....other than that. Nothing bltantly obvious so im happy. It hasnt failed me yet....iam confident my 6 year old son will be driving it oneday.!

I just picked up an 05 DCSB with 85,000 miles. Not a single rattle in it. My 05 wrx that had just over 50,000 miles had more rattles then a daycare center and more creaks then a senior home.

Our '05 4Runner w/94k miles is tight and has no rattles, meanwhile my '11 Taco w/7k miles is still tight up front but has some noise in the bed when going over bumps. I took a quick look and the noise seems to be coming from the cheap ass thin plastic shrouds they put in the rear wheel wells. With that said, why is the '05 4Runner built better, and better refined, than my '11 Taco? Makes no sense since the Taco is the base for the 4Runner.

My truck is a rattle trap at 40,000 miles. The bed creaks even after I re-tightened all of the loose Torx bolts holding it on. Every time the suspension articulates I get really loud clunking noises, and the door jams creak over bumps. I still love my truck though!
