    Based on that your truck is from Mexico. If the issue is plant specific that may well narrow it down but if they are all made in Mexico then it may be they simply got a shipment of faulty parts.

    No. mine is from Texas, 5. My issues are resolved after fluid topped off and TSB applied.

    Depends, seems if Toyota enters into an agreement, eventually they will get stiffed so technically, yes, they would.
