Does any one have a A/M CAI on their 3.4?

I was told the deck mod was a great filter upgrade. After reading the install thread It says some people noticed better mpg and some people got worse mpg. Reading that and taking a trip to the local marine store to get the deck plate just spooked me and I decided to get a a/m CAI. It just seems like a poor mans alternative to getting a true cold filter system. Im sure the deck mod works great but its just not some thing i would do to my truck. Does any one have a A/M intake on their 3.4? How do you like it?
