When I lock up at work, I always look through the front door glass to make sure all the lights are out and the alarm is blinking on, even though I just got done doing all that.

I dont like corduroy (its like mail's on a chalk board for me to touch it) also cant stand for anything to touch the inside of my wrist, my neck near my adam's apple (i really have to psych my self up to shave) or my Achilles tendon (socks a slight exception but they have to be above my ankle bone they cant end at or below or i basically become the hulk and destroy everything in front of me until the socks are removed and the same thing happens when neck and wrists are touched... So i have been told anyway because i actually black out and have no first hand memory of what really happens)

Probably the quirk that I notice the most about myself is I have to have my thin blue line flag patch on my headliner when I drive or else I feel "Off", also I always text my best friend goodnight, if I don't I don't sleep well.

Homicidal is an excellent word...I try to explain to people that I don't WANT to feel like that...it's beyond my control.

It's interesting how there are some people that feel really strongly about this, then others that are completely unaffected by it. I've tried SO hard to desensitize myself to it (because so many of my friends and family members eat like gorillas, fuckers...) but I can't get over it. Best I can do is just remove myself from the situation if it gets too bad. Any time I try explaining it to someone that doesn't get it they look at me like I'm insane, lol.

LMFAO @eat like gorillas. Yeah - it is amazing to me that people don't even realize they are doing it. I'm a pretty chill person for the most part - but loud eating/slurping/etc makes me want to throat punch people. I was stuck in a car with a loud gum chewer last year. I was seriously about to lose my shit.

THAT'S THE WORST...oh god I have a friend like that. Or when you're stuck in an quiet office environment with coworkers that like to eat chips and apples at their desks, like I am every day. Headphones are a godsend. I've envisioned the throat punch many a time....

...I sound like a psychopath lol. I'm not I swear :anonymous:

This one isn't too weird, at home when I finish a job, project, etc, i just throw it all back in the shop. Next time I start by cleaning and reorganizing before the I start it up again.

This particular person is a co-worker...and she always comes in my office to raid my candy jar. I want to say GTFO of my office while you are eating it!!! How TF do you make that much noise eating a Hershey kiss. Like - seriously. I'm filled with rage rn just thinking about it. lol (and for the record - she is the sweetest person on the planet and I love her...but I want to hurt her when she eats around me)

I have certain socks that I must wear... one type / style / color during day, another at night until bedtime (just slightly different than the day ones). Same with weekend work around the house shirts... I have exactly one at all times. When it wears out, I get another and then it's that shirt's turn.

Jesus... typing that out made me realize what a weirdo I am.
