Does anyone ever wish they got the long bed instead of the SB

If you bought a truck with a wheelbarrow for a bed you might ss well have just got a 4Runner

 

The dcsb looks terrible. It's so out of proportion. Looks like that Ford Explorer that they added a bed to, whatever it was called.

Access cab is best looking Truck followed by dclb

 

Nah....cargo isn't separated from the passenger compartment in the 4R and the bed space on the DCSB is larger than the cargo space on the 4R unless the rear seats are folded down.

 

i wanted the long bed, but good thing i didn't get it because it wouldn't fit in the garage at the current house

 

The overall look of this truck looks way better in short bed. This isn't my opinion... it's a fact.

I agree. My problem is that I don't live in God's country. I live in an urban environment where people are trying to take stuff off trucks that don't belong to them. I am lucky to have a garage but I had to get a DCSB to fit the truck and my wife's car comfortably. If I need a long bed I will use my trailer.

That extra foot is handy when the bed is empty

 

I just voted and it is now 50/50 lol...I love my short bed.. Plus if I do need more space BED EXTENDER TO THE RESCUE

 

The extra foot (lack there of) and shorter wheelbase allows me to easily turn around on narrow often blocked forest roads while hunting, fishing, camping, exploring, etc.

My vote puts SB in the lead by the slightest of margins. As we all now know....never trust the polls!

 

If you can't drive a DCLB around or park it , that's user error

My wife doesn't seem to have a problem when she uses my truck

 

I agree, just the access may not be the most useful.

 

Short bed, buy a utility trailer problem solved.
