does anyone have a carfax account

    Hey guys im just wondering if anyone has a carfax account to look up my tacoma...i do t want to change the t belt if it was alredy done....

    used to have - 99 2.4L I4 5 lug & 04 prerunner v6
    it would only show if it was done by Toyota.

    if it was done, it "should" have a sticker on the belt cover on top where you can see it showing the date and mileage it was last changed, if there is no sticker then its safe to assume it hasn't been changed

    Ok i took the cover off to take a peek and looks good no cracks but i was just hoping that someone would have an account to see what has all been done.... i will probably just order the t belt kit and do it this winter

    You could look at the Toyota Owners website. Register, enter your Vin # and see if there's any record of having your belt replaced.
    My record only goes back to 2009 and it doesn't show my belt being changed. Not sure why that is. I do have the sticker on the belt cover though so it was changed.

    You can create a free Carfax account, I know for sure on the app. It allows you to check previous history with the vehicle. It does not however show damages/accidents. Only the service history is listed. Here's a picture of what I can view.
